Very good standard, big rooms and friendly staff. I got sick and they helped to organize the doctor’s visit! Very much appreciated! You can rent a motorbike or a bike. The breakfast is available and in a good price too!

Cute little villa located 2 km from Hoi An "central". Distance is also walkable but Grab operates very efficiently. It cost us 31 000-50 000 dong (1,15-1,90 €) to take a Grab from this villa to the central. We had a nice, clean room with a balcony. The lady called Ha My working in the front desk was truly AMAZING. She would always help us with everything and reply really fast via WhatsApp. If you are coming from Da Nang International airport, I recommend texting the villa and asking them to send the taxi for you. The villa sent us a taxi and it cost us only 290 000 dong (11 €, Grab would have been over 300 000 dong). You can also rent a scooter from the reception and they deliver it for you in 20 minutes costing around 200 000 dong with a half-tank. The Scooter Rental company's helmet was too big for me so the lady even borrowed me her own helmet for free! Trust me with the next recommendation: rent a scooter from the reception, drive to the Marble mountains and then make a stop at the An Bang beach on your way back to the hotel. Hoi An has our heart <3

Not only they offered a pick up form Da Nang airport (at a small fee) but the staff went above and beyond at any time. I know some reviews complain about the hostel but after 23:00 their music is off, so not a big deal. Beds are massive and pillows super comfy. The location is halfway in between beach and city centre but bikes are available to rent or take a bicycle and ride through the rice fields behind the Villa and zip a coffee in one of the sunset spots spread across them or go for a run. Definitely I’ll come back!!

The rooms are big and spacious and they have a balcony. Everything is very clean and new. Very comfortable beds, everything is good quality. The Villas have its own swimming pool, water looks very clean, they clean it and turn on the filtration every day. There is also a common living room in each Villa, with its own kitchen and comfy chairs to sit and relax. There is plenty of vegetation around the rooms. All the ladies at the reception are very friendly and kind, they help you with everything, and they make you feel very welcomed. Highly recommended. This is the most comfortable, relaxed and nice hotel I've stayed Vietnam! I will definitely come back!

Staff at the front desk were very helpful, i.e. Vincent and another young lady; they did not mind going an extra mile to help the hotel guest. For example, with the help of Vincent, I could get SIM card into my cell phone in a shop nearby, though it took well over 30 minutes. Very clean bathroom.

Receptionist was so helpful, booked all of our excursions at very good prices. Room was huge and cleaned every day. Breakfast was lovely with choices of American or local food. Although I didn't use them due to the rain, there were two pools which looked very inviting. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything wss awesome.The staff super frienfdly. Alwsys smiling which created a beautiful envroment. The 3 pools were super clean.The breakfast dining area excellent. English speaking reception made booking tours and taxis super easy. By Far 1 of the best Motels I have stayed In .on my overseas travel. Could not Reccomend it mote highly.

The hotel and room was really nice, spacious, and comfortable, and it was great that they had a pool. The option to pay for breakfast there was convenient for us as well.

I loved the early check in service and that I was able to chat to the staff before my arrival. The 24/7 availability of the front desk was great and super helpful and efficient as I had very early flights both when I arrived and on my way back to Hanoi. It was not my first trip to Hoi An but the staff was ready to help me with all things sightseeing, suggested a great place for tailor's services in the old quarter. They were excellent at helping with transportation. The driver that picked me up from the airport was lovely and we arrived at the place on time! The fee for airport pick up arranged by the hotel was better than via grab (Nov 2023).

The space was HUGE and Mister Vincent is spot on with this excellent customer service. We arrived after the sky turned dark and Mister Vincent make sure we are all ok and also what else we can do the next day. Vincent made a HUGE differences to the stay.
